Time before and after dispatch
Following successful payment authorization, preparation usually requires 1–2 business days. Estimated transportation after the carrier receives the parcel is 4–6 business days. These periods omit weekends and relevant holidays and are estimates rather than promised delivery dates.
Checkout details and shipment updates
Checkout identifies supported destinations, service choices, and any shipping cost. Customers are responsible for submitting a complete delivery address and usable contact information. A tracking notice is issued when carrier data is available.
When a parcel needs investigation
