Customer remedies
Return review covers defective and non-defective new products, and exchanges are accepted. New, unused, original condition is required for a non-defective return. Authorization must be sought within 30 calendar days after delivery before the item is mailed. The free prepaid label is packed with the order, and no restocking charge applies. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, though its posting can occur later. Refer to the Refund Policy for all steps.
